Great location and very clean

The location was really great, and the place was clean. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

The gym could be improved, even though is very small and has only a few equipments, that didn’t bother me, but it would have been nice if the ones that were there, would have worked.

Helpful staff, able to go some places but the more temple/traditional stuff is further away.

The staff were lovely. It was cleaned. Not too noisy.

Cold pool, not heated in afternoon/night.

Enjoyed our stay ...

We certainly appreciated very much the great service of the Concierge and the reception staff. We also enjoyed the happy hour at the pool bar. Phantastic breakfast buffet. Very clean and large bathroom. We'll be back beginning of March after traveling Thailand:)

Worth it , if you get a decent price

Good location, good selection at breakfast, no bacon though?

Getting a bit rough around the edges, not worth the prices I have seen quoted, unless booked well in advance

Good by Thai standards. Room for improvement.

The staff were helpful.

The hotel might have had a change of management. The state of repair was better during previous stays. For example, in my room, both the fridge door and the shower door did not close properly. This wastes energy and produced some flooding in the bathroom. And a tiny, very liquid shower gel is unsufficient for two people.

Really Nice swiming pool area!

Really Nice swiming pool area! And really nice bed and good space in the room!!

I recommend to stay at this hotel for the location and value for money.

The location is great, walking distance to Asok BTS, lots of massage places and restaurants around. The value for money is great, rooms are quite big, breakfast was including and good quality and the swimming pool and the gym are a must very appreciable during your stay in BKK.

Very noisy especially inside the rooms. I could hear everything happening in the corridor (including cleaning ladies early in the morning, late drunk neighbors or kids running and screaming).

It was perfect !

Everything was great ! Especially the mojitos at the roof bar , it’s a little hotel with everything one could ask for ! The smoking floor actually smells better than the non smoking ones due to the dehumidifiers !!! The beds were very comfortable.

They did not have the little toilet flush showers which I found odd in this day and age ! Apart from that nothing !

My Bangkok hotel

The concierge guys are extremely pleasant and helpful as is the house keeping staff, never needed anything as everything was in order. The staff, facilities, location and value for money has me always staying at this hotel when in Bangkok. I never look at other hotels as I have never been disappointed at Park Plaza Soi 18

location-amazing facility- generally good, breakfast-good but the scrambled egg is ...not really good / fried egg is much better:) but definitely, value for the money

Two night stay

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed on our many visits to Bangkok. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem for them. The pool area was great, the general decor was very relaxing, breakfast was well presented, plus a nice room with a soft bed. They organised transport to the airport with a good car and driver and for the price we thought it very good value Definately worth a return visit

5 day stay at hotel - will return

Breakfast was great with good variety. Liked specially the touch where a sign was at the spreads table that Vegemite was available on request. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Koy at the morning breakfast. Her ever present smile was a treat coupled with the impeccable service. Reception staff always had a smile on their faces and an helpful attitude, makes a great first impression. In fact, the great attitude of all staff is a huge plus at this hotel. Even though it was a short walk to the BTS station, and Terminal 21, a hotel tuk tuk was always ready to drop guests at the top of the road. With the boys riding it providing helpful information about routes. Enjoyed our stay there and will return.

Some areas need a bit of an upgrade but otherwise a great place to stay.
